1. Introduction
Welcome to On The Move Roadside Service, LLC. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the rules and regulations for our roadside assistance, heavy equipment repair, and related services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We offer roadside assistance and heavy equipment repair services, including but not limited to:
- Tire changes, jumpstarts, and lockouts
- General vehicle repairs (brakes, alternators, starters, etc.)
- Preventive maintenance (oil changes, inspections, fluid checks)
- Welding & fabrication
- Heavy equipment and fleet maintenance
Our services are available in Scott, Rice, and Dakota Counties, with an estimated response time of 15 minutes when possible.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Our hourly rate is $125, with an estimated time provided for completion.
- A call-out fee applies, requiring a one-hour minimum charge for driving time and diagnostics.
- We accept Credit/Debit and Cash payments.
- Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees or refusal of future services.
4. Emergency & Availability
- Our standard operating hours are 6 AM – 6 PM.
- Emergency services may be available upon request, depending on availability.
- While we strive for fast response times, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or high service demand.
5. Customer Responsibilities
By requesting service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate location details and contact information.
- Ensure a safe work environment for our technicians.
- Understand that certain repairs may require additional time or parts.
Failure to provide accurate information or a safe work environment may result in service refusal or additional charges.
6. Warranty & Liability
- We strive to provide high-quality service but do not guarantee that all repairs will be permanent solutions.
- We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle or equipment.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to delays, missed appointments, or repair failures.
If you experience an issue with our service, please contact us within 7 days for review.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Customers may cancel a service request before dispatch without a cancellation fee.
- If a technician has already been dispatched, the one-hour minimum call-out fee will apply.
- Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a service was not completed due to a failure on our part.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and store customer information only for service purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and storage practices.
